I think I got lucky with the best service advisor Terry Bennett assign to me. Terry keeps me well informed on how long the service will be, updates me with progress or problems with service, gives great recommendations. He checks my truck out prior to returning to me to ensure all issues are taken care of.the service dept. has completed all repairs to the truck completely, truck looks just like when I dropped it off, clean, no hand prints just like it was never touched. I recommend Greenway and Tony to everyone for their vechile servicing. Great team there at Greenway!!! More

Just a number Greenway is so big and busy that they have no time to really listen to you. When i went to pick my car up after servicing (from a manufacturers defec Greenway is so big and busy that they have no time to really listen to you. When i went to pick my car up after servicing (from a manufacturers defect that Ford refused to pay for), there was still a warning light on. I took the car in because of a warning light. At least the service mngr was nice enough to give me a rental car that night, but the problem wasnt fixed. Sent back the next day....warning light still on. They didnt listen to what I told them. I just said give me the car anyway. I couldnt handle it anymore. More

Piece of Crap Car I was sold a horrible car and was even told by the service person Tammy to trade it in as soon as I can. I bought the car in April and haven’t even had the car for 8 months. Bad brakes. Bad transmission. I am thoroughly disgusted with the way this dealership took advantage of me. You have truly lived up to the notion that all dealerships are crooked and only in it for the money! I am making sure I tell EVERYONE I KNOW TO STEER CLEAR OF GREENWAY FORD FOR LIFE! More

You cant trust all dealerships.. Was happy to purchase my car but the last few times I've had it service it has not been pleasant.It seems everytime I go in for a service theres a pro Was happy to purchase my car but the last few times I've had it service it has not been pleasant.It seems everytime I go in for a service theres a problem remind you I've only had the car for less then 2 years and problems since the 1st year...Once I took my car the next day battery is dead need a new one.Another time my brake fluid light was beeping brought the car in to get an oil change and get it checked.I asked if they filled it and was told yes.Liars..I get in the car first thing the light is beeping. I park ask her if they did and she says yes that now it can be some brake fluid sensor and need to get a diagnostic.Next day I decide to fill the brake fluid less then 24hrs and the cap is so tight me nor my spouse can unscrew it.Had to get a tool to open it.When we finally open it you can tell they sabotaged the situation since a few days before I had put fluid with no problem so that tells me they didnt do there job and didnt want me to know..I'm very upset because I pay for an extended warranty and pay a good amount a month for my car so I expect to get good service not a half fast job by so called certified mechanics in a well know dealership.. Accident repair Don Henson was extremely helpful and professional in dealing with the estimate and subsequent repair of my vehicle following a minor traffic accident. I dropped the vehicle off early in the morning and it was ready in the middle of the afternoon of the same day. Great Experience for a First Time Buyer While I cannot speak about the other salesman at Greenway Ford, Will Bennett was an excellent car salesman from my experience, last month. I had been searching for used Hyundai Elantras for about a month when I happened to notice one at Greenway Ford. I inquired about the vehicle over the phone because I live about 2 hours away from Orlando and was returning home from a trip to visit some friends in South Florida that weekend. From the moment I spoke to will on the phone 3 hours prior to my visit, I got the sense that he would never be pushy and would make the purchasing experience a positive one. Never during my entire visit to Greenway Ford did he push me to purchase anything I didn't want or try to get me into more expensive cars. He listened to all my concerns, was helpful during the negotiation process, and even got me a full tank of gas for my 2 hour trip home. When there was a slight issue with verification of the personal check I wrote for the cost of the vehicle, he helped me work it out so that I could wire the money from my bank when I returned home. I'm more than grateful for this experience as it was my first time ever purchasing a vehicle and I was relatively nervous. If there had to be any negatives about my experience, it would be the woman working at front desk when I entered. She was rude and condescending and was not at all helpful when the check verification process reached a snag. She made myself and my partner upset and didn't care that she did so. However, I will recommend Will to all my friends and family in search of a vehicle, even if they are not in Orlando. Overall, It was a great experience and I'm extremely happy with my vehicle! More
