Poor service all the way around! No one new what was going on, I had to deal with a total of 3 sales men, 2 financial people, there were 3 different bill of sales. Amidst the coronavirus, Abel was a courteous individual who exceeded our expectations. He was amicable and professional the entire time and took the time to answer all our questions and concerns regarding who exceeded our expectations. After speaking with David Nelson, the Customer Service Manager, all of my concerns where taken care of and this review now matches the one I gave immediately following the purchase of my vehicle on Feb 7, 2020. I hope Greenway appreciates David and the others on the front line who make you successful. I do wish upper management would trust and respect their employees enough to give them the ability to make decisions without the need to get upper management authorization for even the smallest of things. Remember this - If you take care of (respect/trust/pay) your employees, your employees will take care of your customers, and your customers will take care of Greenway. Employees 5 stars - - - - - Upper Management 1 star. Thank goodness I interact with the employees!!! More
