Well you can thank your staff Amy in the warranty cancelation department for further proving my point of the incompetence and lack of professionalism when it comes to communicating with customers. Everybody I speak to is in defensive mode with excuse after excuse and nobody takes responsibility for their actions or inaction. Pathetic service and I will make sure nobody I know visits this dealership. You NEVER go against the customer. That is all I have faced in this disaster of a sale.

Just an update. I received a check number and amount of a warranty refund check, however the bank still has not received a check in the mail and I get the runaround on not knowing when the check was sent even though I was told June 9. No tracking number or anything. No stub or anything reflecting the cancelation of my service contract like Amy told me I would get. For all I know it could still be active. Everytime I have ever sent anything to Colorado, it took maybe 4 days regular mail. This is a joke. Here is a solid tip. Do NOT buy a service contract from this dealership. Not only was I mislead on the type of warrantyI bought, but they will drag their feet in the mud to get that refund processed. All I want is my money back so I can forget this dealership ever existed. Mullinax will get my business for now on.
