Horrible experience! My car was towed to the service department Monday June 15, 2020. Tuesday Mr. Able text saying no diagnosis yet and there’s only one mechanic that can work on hybrid cars. Didn’t hear from service department so I contacted him Thursday evening to inquire about my car. Was told He would check and return my call. Where call was returned I was told 10 fuses were missing. He also asked me for more history on the car. After unsatisfactory results I drove to the dealership today at noon. No one was working on my car. Now I’m told 5 fuses were missing and the car was fine. I was charged $296. The check engine light is still on! The tire pressure is on the car runs roughly. This car was not checked thoroughly! But I was certainly charged the full price for a hybrid diagnosis! More
Not the best experience. Expectation when getting an oil change is all fluids are topped off - was not done, nor was a safety check of vehicle performed. Was told vehicle would be ready at 2PM. I arrived at 3:15 PM and waited another 20+ minutes for paperwork to be completed inside of service offices. Was not expecting to have to wait, especially in the middle of a Covid 19 crisis while others were around. Previous experience was also not the best. More

The poorest communication of any business I have dealt with. Multiple issues that took so long to get answers and getting hung up on multiple times and the excuses of "we are just too busy" don't fly. I with. I called at 9am this morning to get a simple email with a form to cancel my extended warranty and I was promised a call back. Noon, no call, called again and was told I would get a call. No call. 4pm left a voicemail for Amy and no call or email. Call again at 4:55pm we're sorry. They left for the day. I bet they are trying to draw this out for 30 days so I don't get a refund. What a poor excuse of a dealership. Never have I endured such lack of professionalism from one business. This is just the beginning of what I went through only days after buying a new car. Stay away and go to Mullinax where I should have gone. Sales are way more important than taking care of existing customers! Unbelievable. More
