Good morning David, thank you for your call last week. You gave me a name of person regarding the fob. When we purchased our car a Lincoln 2018 there was only one fob. We were not aware that one fob was available until we were walking out of the dealership after we had signed all paperwork. You informed me hat our sales person has quit. I did receive a call from Marvin, but could not make out his voice message, maybe he also quit? Is there anyone else who could help us? One fob for the car is unacceptable. We need two.
