I have nothing but regret with this dealership. I paid the dealership for a simple oil change and have had nothing but expenses, ruined pavers in my driveway and empty promises. The tech that changed the oil in my car spilled oil all over the engine, did not clean it and sent the car out. I was smelling burning oil for days before they figured out that the technician that changed my oil was incompetent. Then, the dealership sends out a Jim Rebera who never follows through with the work promised by the dealership. I now have oil stained pavers in my driveway and issues with my HOA because the dealership's technician did sloppy work. What's crazy is that Jim thinks that cleaning the pavers with Muratic acid is a good idea. That way, after he removes all color from the pavers and washes the acid down the driveway, the dealership can pay to replace my entire driveway. I have never seen such an unprofessional place of business. Jim stood in my driveway and made empty promises about not quiting until I was happy. Guess what? Jim just like the dealership and their management lied. I am still owed $150.00 that I paid for pressure washing the driveway. This dealership is xxxx. All I need is for them to fix what the sloppy technician did. More
I purchased a 2023 Mustang GT on 8/18/2023 where I traded in my 2019 Ford F-150. I kept checking with the company that I had financed my F-150 with to make sure it was paid off, but still to this date (9/19/ in my 2019 Ford F-150. I kept checking with the company that I had financed my F-150 with to make sure it was paid off, but still to this date (9/19/2023) it HAS NOT BEEN PAID OFF. My payment for the F-150 is considered late now and they have reported me to the credit agencies. I have called at least 15 times to my salesperson, the finance department, the employee they said was in charge of the payoff and I have not received a call back yet. I have texted my salesperson numerous times as well as my husband has texted him. He waits a week or so to respond to the text saying he will check in on this and WILL call us back. NEVER CALLS WITH RESPONSE. Last text message to him he finally replied 5 days later that he had taken 3 personal days and that is why he didn't call with an update. This is infuriating as well as COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. The best part is that they had my truck up for sale within 2 days of me trading it in! How can they sell it?? They have no title! It is still in my name and I am still legally responsible for the payment to the other finance company! I just searched online and it appears they have in fact sold my truck that I am still responsible for paying!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. The only exception is Jasmine at the front desk. She was very helpful getting the name of who I need to speak with in regards to this. I will be looking into other actions I need to have this resolved. I am buying a house within the next few months and this hit on my credit for late payment has dropped my credit score and will result in me getting a higher interest rate when I finance my home. But that isn't your problem, is it GREENWAY FORD?? I regret ever coming to this dealership and trading in my truck. More

Horrible experience. Dropped off vehicle Monday called couple of times and couldn’t reach my assigned rep Abel. Received call next morning that they would be working on the truck. Called a few time and no luck on update. Wednesday no update. Thursday after 3 hours of calling and texting to get update was told it would be done by end of day. It’s now Friday and 530 and not done and they are gone for the weekend. My truck has been in the dealer for over 5 days to get and oil change and engine light checked!!! Service is subpar. Communication extremely subpar. Transparency, clear expectation setting, customer service, 100% overall experience horrible.Ii Ohh and final quote after 5 days 1300 to change one hose!!! Wish I could give lower that one star More
