I appreciate your offer, however, it would be to little to late. I will give you the benefit that your dealership may have improved since my problem, but the fact that I tried every avenue open to me to get someone in dealership or service management to address the issue and was ignored will be something I will remember and pass on whenever I get a chance. Your people were excellent in putting up fire walls, to bad they were not excellent in customer service and repairs. Thank you for finally responding after several years, just sorry I did not know about the dealer rating system before. If you had answered then it would have saved me alot of stress and money.
