Brought my 05 expedition in without an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and to get a allaround check up for a trip i was going on. My family, friends, and business associates and myself have at one time or another needed to have work performed on one of our vehicles, and we all always look to the Greenway corporation to provide that have at one time or another needed to have work performed on one of our vehicles, and we all always look to the Greenway corporation to provide that service. Just this morning, the battery on my work van had died. It just so happens, this battery was one that I had purchased from the Greenway corporation some time ago, so, my first call was to Greenway Ford. The parts associate that I spoke with at Greenway Ford informed me that he did not currently have my particular battery in stock (I drive a Chevy van), but that he would have one delivered to his dealership in short order to accommodate my needs. When I further explained that I needed to get to work and had no way to jump start my van, he offered to send a driver to my house with a jump box, so that at the very least, I could start my van and drive it to Greenway Ford. I had expected that maybe a porter, or a parts delivery driver, or maybe even a technician would come to assist me in getting my van started; but boy was I surprised when the person who showed up at my door was none other than the Parts Director himself! That in my book, is definitely going the extra mile for your clientele! By the time I had arrived at Greenway Ford (after my vehicle had a jump start) my battery was there and waiting, and the installation time was quick. The technician who installed my battery was prompt and courteous, and I was back on the road (and in business) in no time at all. I know that my own experience may seem exceptional, but it did happen, and it illustrates the length which the Greenway corporation is willing to go for their clients. Robert K. More

I'm very disappointed in buying my car at Greenway Ford. In April of this year, I bought a Mustang. It looked like it was in very good condition, and had very low miles so I ended up buying it. Well, I live in Miami, so I drove it home and the car started to shake violently about half way there. When I arrived in Miami, I had to bring it to a mechanic. The guy said it needed new spark plugs, a new coil pack, and a major tune up. So it cost me about 600 for all that. Then about a month later the car ended up stalling. I had to replace the alternator that cost me about 260 for everything. I bought the car as is, so I couldn't really go there and complain about it. Then in June the car started to act really weird...I found out that the car had some major transmission problems. I had to pay 1600 to get my transmission rebuilt. They also said that my power steering pump, my a/c compressor was going bad... I already talked to the Sales Manager there, and they said there's nothing they could do. I feel like I was ripped off, and will never go here again. The next time, I will be smarter and bring a mechanic with me to check out the car before I buy it. It just gets me angry, that they knew the transmission was failing, and they sold the car anyway. My car is falling apart...and I spent a total of 2500 in repairs since I got it., and I've only had the car for 3 months!!!!!..and I will continue to pay for it...I will NOT recommend anyone to this dealership... I already told a bunch of people that I know from my unit and friends about this dealership, and people won't being going there since they heard my story... Worst thing you can do is sell a crappy car to a customer that knows a lot of people....because now you are losing business.. More
I tried to buy a new Durango from Greenway Dodge but could not find one in my price range. I walked over to Greenway Fo0rd and found a great 2 year old Durango at exactly my price. My husband and I bought a new F-250 and we love it. This dealership has a very nice environment and very polite employees. We have been telling everyone we know to buy there and to buy from Mr. Jeffcoat, we dealership has a very nice environment and very polite employees. Andrew Taylor is a great customer advocate. He is always kind, takes good care of you, and overall does the right thing!! I have requested him every time I go in because you cannot get enough good customer kind, takes good care of you, and overall does the right thing!! I have requested him every time I go in because you cannot get enough good customer service in my opinion. He dealt with my warranty issues like it was no problem, and always maintained his composure. My wife came in the other day and instead of doing what many dealerships do and take advantage of female customers, he proved himself yet again. Incredible!! More
I bought my car in Indiana through a dealer trade with Greenway Ford in Orlando, Florida. I must say I wish I had gotten on plane and dealt directly with Greenway Ford.
