From the time we were greeted until the time we left we felt that everyone we came in contact with was there to help in whatever they could do. We even had lunch at the little cafe in the service area and the food was good and those working there were both friendly and courteous. We needed to call our sales rep 3 days later and was greeted and helped as was expected. Not only were we helped but he has gone above and beyond in my opinion. Initially I called in reference to an advertised Yukon XL Denali. I received a return call immediately from Rich. He was not in the evening my husband and I went in to test drive the vehicle. We did not have an appointment, but called 10 minutes prior to arriving to see if the vehicle was still available. Gaylord was literally pulling the SUV up for our convenience when we arrived. After test driving it I felt it was a little too big for me, so he showed us a couple of Navigators and we test drove one. At this point I was very confused. I liked different things about each one. It was quite evident that Gaylord's main focus was finding what we wanted and not just making a sale. He was more than willing to locate anything we might be interested in and have it brought onto the lot. He made a point of telling us that his goal was to get us into the vehicle that would best suit our needs, and that he would do whatever it took to make us happy. My husband was dreading the shopping process from past experiences. Normally if it's not on the lot the salesperson loses interest and is just pushy. Gaylord, on the other hand, wasn't concerned about how much work it was going to be to locate a vehicle. He just made it clear that he would gladly do whatever it took to get the vehicle that was perfect for us. I cannot say enough about his professionalism, knowledge, and true concern for the customer. Bought a car for my daughter 4 months ago. DAVID NELSON made the experience very pleasurable for both my daughter and I.
