We have used Greenway for service since it opened, and have also purchased 2 new cars from them as well. This dealership and its service department are very friendly and reliable. Terry was very helpful have also purchased 2 new cars from them as well. This dealership and its service department are very friendly and reliable. Terry was very helpful and answered all my questions. I can honestly say they are respectful of their female customers! Many other places, such as oil change shops, treat women with a lack of respect, and many will try to take advantage of the fact that not all women know about cars. I was even surprised to see that my final bill was a bit cheaper than he estimated! I will most definitely go back and see Terry on my next service visit!! More

However, after speaking with Jose about my concerns, I decided to bring my car in for service. I was delighted to meet such a professional and courteous service advisor. Everything went well and I am glad to have re-discovered the Greenway Ford Service Department. Hopefully, the dealership will continue to hire service advisors with Jose's knowledge and professionalism. More

I live in New York and wanted to purchase a car for my parents in Orlando. I called Greenway and EZ was extremely informative and professional. He assured me that he would take excellent care of my pare parents in Orlando. I called Greenway and EZ was extremely informative and professional. He assured me that he would take excellent care of my parents. Needless to say they both fell in love with him, he treated them like family. I later flew out to meet EZ and sign the purchase documents and he was very gracious with his time and my paperwork was ready and accurate. My husband and I surveyed the lot and we were very impressed with their inventory the used cars were clean with low mileage. We are planning on getting my husband's BMW with EZ and Greenway in 2011. Avoid Greenway like the plague. The only redeeming Avoid Greenway like the plague. The only redeeming factor, or should I say human, was Rick Jordan. Here's the scoop: My son who is currently stati Avoid Greenway like the plague. The only redeeming factor, or should I say human, was Rick Jordan. Here's the scoop: My son who is currently stationed in Germany and returning to the states in December is looking for a car. He chose a car at Greenway. He was working with E.Z. (a man's name) of the Internet sales department and had all the details worked out and needed me to go and give the car a good lookover/test drive. My daughter and I called ahead to Greenway to tell them we were coming to test drive the specific car and I gave them the name of the sales manager that my son was told I needed to ask for--Arsene Orelien. Upon arrival at Greenway my daughter and I checked in with the receptionist giving her the details of the specific car and the name of the sales manager, Arsene, whom I was told I was to deal with. She told us Arsene would be with us in one moment. We sat for 35 minutes waiting for Arsene or anyone to acknowledge us. At that point I told a gentleman employee we were waiting for Arsene and were going to go ahead out to the lot to find the car to look at it. I asked if he could let Arsene know when he came into the showroom if he would just have him meet us on the lot. Ten minutes later we came back to the show room as Arsene never came out to the lot. We returned to our seats to wait. The receptionist was looking at us surprised. Someone came out to deal with us and she told them we left. At that moment my phone rang and it was Arsene asking if I was coming in today to look at the car I had phoned about earlier. I held my tongue, took a deep breath and told him I have been sitting in the lobby for some time now. He apologized and said he would be right out. Now at the hour mark of our arrival at Greenway, Arsene came out with another sales rep proceeds to tell me he is getting pulled in 5 directions and introduces me to Rick Jordan (remember the only saving grace at Greenway). These people basically threw Rick under the bus and he handled it with great patience and finesse. He is strictly a new car sales man and knew very little about the car we were test driving. He did his best under the circumstances and was wonderful in a tough situation. I called my son discussing the details of the drive and he decided to purchase the car but would have to make all the financial arrangements. My daughter and I left the dealership and went back two days later to pick the car up, check and insurance in hand. There were so many other blundering factors from the time we test drove the car and the moment I finally decided I had to walk out the second day we went back. The defining moment came when I realized the Internet sales rep, E.Z, had told my son a specific price and the paperwork I was signing for the car reflected a price difference of $2,000. I alerted my son who then had to call E.Z. from Germany to find out what the discrepancy was. My son was told by Arsene Orelien that it was my sons fault that he did not know the difference between the "out the door" price and the price that he was quoted three different times by E.Z in finalizing the deal two days prior. My son has always paid cash for his cars and this was his first financing deal. Not to mention he is trying to make a deal from Germany! Arsene was rude to him over the phone and after that conversation not one representative from Greenway came out to the showroom to tell me the situation. My son finally called and told me to leave. I returned the key to the receptionist and told her thank you but we are done. Ten hours of life on my part and who knows how much on my sons part and no car. No explanation or apology for the hassle. No trying to make sure we left happy regardless of the purchase of lack there of. Only the accusation of "you should have known, it is your fault." This is Greenway Ford. To Rick Jordan, please find a job at a dealership that will reflect the quality of person you are. More

I recently had a water pump replaced and was satisfied with everything but the price. If a timing chain only cost $345.00 and more work has to be done to get to it then why does a water pump cost $800+ to with everything but the price. If a timing chain only cost $345.00 and more work has to be done to get to it then why does a water pump cost $800+ to replace. I was definitely overcharged for this repair but had no choice because it was an emergency. The work and the repair was excellent. They were friendly and accomodating as well. I looked them up and they are a blue oval service center meaning they do excellent work which is what I care about the most. More
