We purchased a new 2011 Ford Focus and have had the car in for service twice since the purchase. We had purchased the maintance package to make service easier for us. We have not had a positive experience both times we brought the car in. In both cases we had an appointment and were told the service would take "no more than one hour" for the normal maintance and oil change. Both times it took 2 hours to complete the service with no apology or explanation either time. We have owned many vechiles over the years and have gone to numerous service deparments and NEVER had to wait 2 hours, with an appointment, for normal maintance and an oil change. There is no excuse for this. When I expressed my displeasure with Kyle for the amount of time it took on the first appointment and this appointment he just made excuses with no apology nor offer of even a cup of coffee. We don't have two hours to sit around waiting and we have no other obtion but to wait for the car to be done. In addition, there were several other customers who came in after I did and were in and out in 45 minutes. One couple I spoke to was having the same thing done to their car as we were and they came in a half hour after us and left 40 minutes before our car was done! We had different service managers so we don't know if that had an effect. It looks poorly upon your dealership when simple maintance issues take this long to complete. We are very concerned if we had a real issue what amount of time I will take. We aren't looking forward to sitting at the dealership for 4-6 hours in that case! This is an issue we feel must be addressed and corrected. If service cannot be completed in a timely manner than don't make the appointments with the customers. Rick was very friendly. I had my 2010 F150 in for 15K mile service. Also had three kids in tow. Rick got me in and out quickly and had no problems debiting a due bill I had in possesion for the oil/fil mile service. Also had three kids in tow. I did not actually visit the dealership, nor did I purchase a vehicle, but I am disguisted (again) that the bait and switch advertising that so many dealerships decide to engage in still continues and purchase a vehicle, but I am disguisted (again) that the bait and switch advertising that so many dealerships decide to engage in still continues and that this dealership participates in the advertising scam. I read the Sunday newspaper and saw an ad for a truck at a very attractive price. I realize that often there is only one vehicle at that price and that this technically allows the dealership to post the ad, but this is deceptive. I called and asked for a simple yes or no answer to whether the vehicle was still there, and explained I will only come look at it, drive it with the intention of buying it if it is at that price and the same vehicle. They tried to put me to a sales manager and I stated I had no need to talk to a manager, that I would hold while the guy got the yes or no answer for me. I did give him my email and my telephone number along with my name, but indicated that I wanted a straight answer. He said it would be great to arrange a time for me to come in. I explained, again that I had no need, inclination or desire to come in to talk with anyone, and that he should answer my straight forward question with a straight forward yes or no answer. That would determine whether we do any business at all. He said he would have to check and call me back. I told him to only contact me, by phone or email IF the truck was available. If not available, to please NOT contact me ever again. I received a voice mail from a sales manager about an hour later. I asked him whether the truck was available and he said no. I told him not to call me again and to get rid of my contact information. It is sad, pathetic and dishonest for people to do business in this manner. Please stop insulting normal, intelligent people, that are willing to spend money and give you a profit, but not be swindled or be treated like idiots. Please know that someone like me, will not tolerate you wasting my time and trying to pull a bait and switch routine. It is a discredit to your company and to your customers that you do business this way. To you and to all of the other delaers that work in this fashion - shame on you. I wanted to buy a Ford because you did not take the tarp money, and unlike many people, I can afford this truck out right. You, however, will not get my business, because your tactics are dishonest and I do not do business in that manner. Respect your customers. More
We had recently had our 2003 Ford Expedition's motor replaced by an privately owned repair shop. We had to go back to the this shop on three occasions for to repair the work they had done and finally d replaced by an privately owned repair shop. We had to go back to the this shop on three occasions for to repair the work they had done and finally decided to take the car to Greenway. At Greenway, we were taken care of by Saul and the manager for the Service Department who went out of their way to assist us. They coordinated efforts and ordered our rebuilt motor; removed the defective motor and allowed us time to retrieve our old motor from the dishonest repair shop. Our vehicle was ready previous to the agreed upon time! Greenway's staff turned a bad experience with a dishonest private repair shop into a great experience with professionals! Needless to say, we would highly recommend Greenway Ford's professional staff who render outstanding service and ensure customer satisfaction. More
My Father worked for Ford Motor Company for over 25 years and only owned Ford Vehicles. I moved to Orlando,Florida and started buying vehicles from Greenway Ford after meeting Arsene, due to his straight for and only owned Ford Vehicles. I moved to Orlando,Florida and started buying vehicles from Greenway Ford after meeting Arsene, due to his straight forward approach and honesty. I then met Henry (Service Advisor) who had a straight forward approached when dealing with mechanical issues and did not attempt to sell products or services that were not required. I would without hesitation recommend Arsene only to any of my family or friends when purchasing a Ford Vehicle and Henry only to see when having Mechanical Issues as my choice f Service Advisor. More
I like that Rick comes along every once in a while and tells me what is happening. If there is something more expensive, he tells me the price of it. I had to have the fule pump replaced on my 2002 F-150 XLT Supercab. I guess when you have a 106,000 miles on a truck you have expect some things to breakdown. However, I was surprised at the "almost $900" to have it replaced. This was an expense I didn't need during this Christmas season, plus, I am losing my job in May 2011. The only thing I can say positive about the experience was the service provided to me by Terry Bennett. He was kind and empathetic to my situation...at least this made it bearable to have my truck fixed. I am thankful for his friendly service! Steve Shideler More
I was very disapointed that they didn't wash the vehicle. I traded in a GMC and every time I took it to the dealership for service it was washed. Terry had great communication, kept me updated several times during the entire repair process. The price quoted was very accurate (within two dollars) and it took slightly less time to complete then quote times during the entire repair process.
