After being completely satisfied with a remanufactured engine installed in our 1990 Mercury Grand Marquis, we contacted Greenway Service, Terry Bennett, to discuss our experience with a competitor who wor engine installed in our 1990 Mercury Grand Marquis, we contacted Greenway Service, Terry Bennett, to discuss our experience with a competitor who worked on our transmission. We were dissatified with the repaired transmission even thou they had an A+ BBB rating. Instead of taking the car back for more transmission repair, we decided to have Greenway install their 3 year fully warranted transmission. With Terry's help, the Transmission obtained by Greenway was installed and now we have a transmission that runs like it did when the car was new. Thanks Terry! D & B P Union Park (July 27, 2011) More
This dealership goes above and beyond to be friendly and courteous. The service and the price are very good! The atmosphere is comfortable with tv's and food available. Barbara was great and she explained everything to the point where it was easy to understand. I felt she broke the stereotype that car salesman were only out to make a sale and could care less how they ac point where it was easy to understand. Stephen was excellent, very very helpful, he explained about a lot about the car and how it works, he showed several different vans to me and explained about each and everyone one of those. I recently bought my car with Greenway on May 1, 2011. My check engine light is on, I have the 45 day warranty. I can't seem to get to talk to anyone that can help me. This was my first experience at Greenway Ford. However, with my recent experience it will not be my last. The moment I walked in the door I was made to feel welcomed. My sales person, Rob Redgate took ex with my recent experience it will not be my last. The moment I walked in the door I was made to feel welcomed. My sales person, Rob Redgate took extremely good care of me answering all of my questions and then some without being pushy to make the sale. He was very knowledgeable and confident of the Ford product especially the Ford Focus that I ended up purchasing. Because of how I was treated, I definately will be purchasing my next car from Greenway Ford. More
I bought two 100,000 thousand mile tires from Greenway two years and 40,000 thousand miles ago. The cords in one of the tires has started to separate and needs to be replaced. They looked at the tire and had no clue why it was wearing the way that it was. The tire is still under the manufactures warranty. Greenway tried to sell me a tire instead of honoring the warranty. I told them I wasn’t buying a tire. They took my name and contact information. I was told I would get a phone the next day with more information on how this would be handled. The following Monday I still had not heard from Greenway. I called and was told they contacted the tire manufacturer and there was nothing they could do for me other than to sell me a tire. I called the tire manufacturer that same day. The representatives told me no one from Greenway had called them, and that the tire had to be inspected before any determination could be made. More
I went in looking for a car off their website that they told me was already sold without even checking. I asked them to check while we were in the lot and he came back telling me it was sold as he handed m told me was already sold without even checking. Five days after purchasing a car from Greenway I get an email from one of their sales managers asking me if I was interested in a car... the same car that I was told had been sold! There were many other shortfalls by this dealership including promising to get a smell out of my car which they did not, failing to offer me their 6 months of SIRIUS satellite radio which I only found out they offered when the manager emailed about the supposedly "sold" car, and when confronted with these issues they chose to never respond to me I guess hoping to sweep it under the rug. So I contacted the Better Business Bureau and the very next day got a call from Greenway offering to A) take the smell out of the car and B) offering me 3 months of SIRIUS. Um A)its too late for that and B) how insulting to offer me LESS than the email offered AFTER the fact that I had been neglected. They tried to tell me that my trade-in was only worth $1000 and they could MAYBE sell it for $1500, probably taking a loss in the long run. Finally they gave me the $4500 that it was worth when I called them out on being filthy liars and that I knew what it was worth. They have tried to indirectly blame me for overreacting because they told me the car was sold and the internet manager that emailed me the car was simply careless when he emailed me the car. They tried throwing me and their own people under the bus at the same time. Classless. This dealership is full of liars who don't give a xxxx about customer service. More
