Hi, I'm adding an update. This is an addendum to the review I posted on 8-3-2011. Even though the experience I recounted in that post was very upsetting to me and still has left a bad taste in my mou review I posted on 8-3-2011. Even though the experience I recounted in that post was very upsetting to me and still has left a bad taste in my mouth, I do have good news. The positive is that after posting my review here and maintaining communication (as well as my customer rights/expectations), Greenway worked with me. It replaced the broken part that was not allowing the middle seat to fold. Thank goodness. What use is an SUV when you can't fold the seats to haul big items? It's really nice to have that problem behind me. Fortunately that was the last 'issue' that occurred before our 30 day expired, so now if we were to need a repair, it would fall under our extended warranty. And we can take it anywhere for that service. So thank you Greenway, for doing the right thing by me and fixing that seat. I do appreciate it. - Rachel More

Service people on diesel trucks stuck me for over $2500.00 when all I needed was fuel injector cleaner $20.00. I have bought 2 cars and one truck from Greenway it has been a great pleaseure to be with the sales crew and service crew. My new truck is a 2011 F150XLT and i must say this i LOVE IT. Wish i would have bought a truck a long time ago. Three CHEERS FOR FORD PLANT IN DEARBORN,MI. A job well done my truck is awesome i love the flaming blue color and the ride is great. But most important is how quiet it is inside the cab. And Greenway Ford is the best dealership in Florida. I cannot express how delighted I was with Greenway Ford. I first of all want to think Colleen Beach for going above and beyond anything I expected from a customer service representative at a dealership. Not only did she take her time to help me, and answer an above and beyond anything I expected from a customer service representative at a dealership. Not only did she take her time to help me, and answer any questions I had, but she also called me countless times to make sure that I was satisfied, and that I had no other questions. It was funny because she told me that I hope she wasn't annoying me because she kept calling me, and I laughed and told her that I wasn't annoyed at all, but that I was so impressed with her professionalism, and service she was offering me. She's a amazing employee you don't get many people like that anymore now in day's give her a raise. Now Scott also was amazing. I'm telling you what a great experience so I took my car to get checked because it was making a clanking sound, and I had a idea of what it was, but wasn't 100% sure so Scott called a few of his mechanics and was able to pinpoint the issue within seconds. Now remember I was just here for a check up so I waited in the waiting area for my car to be fixed, and just another praise the waiting room at the service area is great there's tv's everywhere and a bunch of vending machines that take card's that's awesome seeing that most people don't carry change anymore that's very convenient, but back to the review so about a hour goes by. This is where it get's good Scott comes back and says alrighty David your ready to go we fixed the car. I was like ok so what's wrong with it and he say's nothing we fixed it. Ummm what does that mean. Well they went ahead and repaired my catalytic converter and had me on the road in about a hour I was shocked. Greenway you guy's rock that's all I can say. THANK YOU so much for going above and beyond anything I ever expected!!! More

The salesman Eddie Faraldo was extremely professional and handled the matter with incredible efficiency, kindness, patience, professionalism and knowledge.
