Wow! What service! I contacted the dealership on a Saturday evening and caught them just before they were closing up shop. I was interested in a car I found through tru I contacted the dealership on a Saturday evening and caught them just before they were closing up shop. I was interested in a car I found through truecar.com and wanted to know if it was still available. It was, and Michael Minter, the salesman, was so helpful and accommodating, he and his general manager worked out a plan to BRING THE CAR TO ME IN CHATTANOOGA on Monday! We did all the financing and paperwork over the phone, Michael was very communicative, and I was not obligated to buy the car when he arrived in Chattanooga (but I did buy it!). What a great experience. So friendly and helpful, fantastic price on the car, and made it all very easy on my end. More
