The courtesy of the staff was a pleasant surprise. The entire crew worked together and with us to make sure we knew all we needed to know about both vehicles and went the extra mile to ensure our happiness. In addition to all this, there was a minor fix required with the used vehicle, and due to the service department being closed, they provided us with a loaner vehicle to drive home and are delivering the car (2 hours away)!
