We decided to visit a few dealerships in person hoping to find "the specific car" for which we were searching. The second dealership we visited was University Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep --BINGO! Excellent salesman, John Roper, financial manager, Jason. They found the car we were looking for, brought it to Rome and we are now driving our new Pacifica. Love this vehicle. Reasonable But Quality/Customer Service Needs Improvement I recently purchased a 2015 Dodge Charger from this dealership, the car is awesome, I love it. They are very reasonable and Adam, my sale guy was good I recently purchased a 2015 Dodge Charger from this dealership, the car is awesome, I love it. They are very reasonable and Adam, my sale guy was good and got me in and out pretty quickly. But my problem didn’t lie within the sales side of it. When I purchased the car it came with “Dealer Must Remove” floor covers so I have no original floor matts, my second time driving the car the key fob was already saying it was low which means the dealer knew it was low, I literally went over a speed bump about a week after having it and my anti brake system/traction control was saying it needed maintenance but then suddenly went away after a few days which is weird, and the worst thing about it is I don’t even have a tag light assembly. I couldn’t even put a light bulb in there if I wanted to. I’ve been driving around with a flashlight stuck up in the hole since I first noticed it until I can get it fixed or even get a response back from the dealership. It’s been a week plus and still haven’t heard back from anyone. Sent emails, called multiple phones and multiple times, and left voicemails still no returned anything. I wouldn’t be doing this rating if otherwise and I probably will never do business with this dealership again. More
God to real bad real quick To start it was wonderful............until after the sale. They try to shove GAP coverage down your throat at a tune of 999.00. We told the salesman Mike that our car insurance covers GAP was assured it would be an issue to cancel. We called Mike and got mouth music. I called 3 times 2 times leaving a message for the business office the other for the general manager John. NONE WERE EVER RETURNED. All I wanted to know was who the insurance company was that has the GAP coverage and no one would tell me I was transferred once to a Jason said he was with the finance department and couldn't understand why I was upset. GO FIGURE!!!! Still no one has provided the name of the company!!!! Thought we had found a new dealership with integrity but nope just another bunch of weasels More
