LLOOOOONG WAIT I set an appointment at 9:15 and been in there for 1 hour 45 minutes. I had to get up and go to see what's up. Finally left at 11 am. Service Department went over and beyond My 2011 Jeep Rubicon engine light intermittently came on. The dealership I purchased from could not give me an appointment for another week. I know the bad reputation and expense that dealerships receive with servicing vehicles, but I would not hesitate to take mine back to University to have Greg Corbin,Todd Simmons, and Brian Meeks for service. These gentlemen took time and were very patient in diagnosing the problem. The problem was fixed and made sure that my jeep was safe to drive before returning my vehicle to me.
