I could begin by saying that I purchased a $41,000 vehicle from this place Southside outstanding service side do not ever bring your car to this place to have any kind of work done on it Kevin the ser vehicle from this place Southside outstanding service side do not ever bring your car to this place to have any kind of work done on it Kevin the service advisor and Russell the service manager. Are very very poor in communicating. I brought my daughter‘s vehicle 2016 Honda Accord that had some issues Saturday13 June of 2025. It is ready for pick up the second time on June 20 of 2025. Communicating skills are very poorly. I talk with Kevin yesterday being Thursday the 19th at 6 PM. He tells me that the car will be ready for pick up that they had to go inside of the motor and check the cylinder $2104.67 later. So on the morning of Friday the 20th when me and My Daughter pick up her car she’s very busy. She is a college student. She depends on having her car and these guys are really very poorly at communicating and extremely high with anything they do to a car the firstproblem was they call and tell me on Monday, which the date June 16, 2025 the car is ready for pick up. My daughter drives it down the road less than an eighth of a mile same problems that it was. We take the car back and pick it up on Friday of the following week, which today’s date is 20 Juneand everything that the advisor told me on the phone yesterday was not correct. It was not it was just bluntly a lie. He told me that they had to go inside the cylinder and I’m taking OK replace the piston and replace the rings, etc. that was not what they did. All they did was adjust the valves and change a fuel injector and they hit me with a bill of $2104.67 Zack, which is a different service manager did subtract $275 off the bill thanks Zack for it. You caught the tail end of something that was a disaster. My belief and trust in the service department is very poorly. I do not recommend you using this dealership in anyway whatsoever it’s terrible and all aspect from communicating to pricing and to just being straight honest with you. More
This review is concerns to the service side of the car or any car. I do not recommend anyone bringing their car here to have anything serviced wise done to your vehicle. I purchased a brand new 2024 Honda pi any car. I do not recommend anyone bringing their car here to have anything serviced wise done to your vehicle. I purchased a brand new 2024 Honda pilot from this place Greensboro Honda. My daughter has a 2016 Honda Accord sedan. We brought it in on a Saturday June 13 of 2025 to have a problem that was misfiring on cylinder four scoped out and fixed. It has been six days the service advisor Kevin and the manager Russell was both I had to call and communicate with them to keep informed of what was going on with My Daughter’car. So my daughter is 20 years old she has no clue what she needs to do as far as fixing your problem or an issue with the car that’s why we brought it to this dealership being a dealership they should be able to immediately go to the problem and fix it. They did troubleshoot we received the car back on Monday. She drove it less than an eighth of a mile and same problem. It was not fixed. They charged us $200 for that. I talked this was on a Monday now I talked to Kevin and Russell, which was the service manager throughout the week Thursday Kevin the service advisor tells me that they had to go inside of the cylinder. I come Friday the following day. He tells me Thursday afternoon at 6:30 PM that the car is ready for pick up. $2104.67 for this 900 and some dollars just in diagnostics fees to fix the problem they did not go into the cylinder that was not a true statement what Kevin told me the only thing the car needed was an injector replaced and the vowel adjusted And that costed $2104.67. I do not recommend anyone coming to this dealership, Greensboro Honda to have your vehicle worked on. Thank you this is the worst automotive mechanic shop that I have ever been to and being a dealership you have high expectations and you think my car is going to be fixed because they have software and information about the car that no one else can get I was wrong. And like I said I bought a $41,000 Honda pilot brand new there I will not be ever returning back to this place to do any kind of maintenance on my vehicle. And I suggest anyone stay away. More
I purchased a 2023 Nissan Murano from Greensboro Honda and was initially pleased with the process. However, within two months of ownership, I brought the vehicle to a certified Nissan dealership for stand and was initially pleased with the process. However, within two months of ownership, I brought the vehicle to a certified Nissan dealership for standard service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.). The technician refused to rotate the tires because the rear tires were "feathered really bad"—so worn that he said road noise would be unbearable if they were moved to the front. He explained this type of tire damage would take a year or more of driving on underinflated tires—something that clearly occurred before I purchased the vehicle. He was shocked the vehicle was sold in that condition and advised me to contact Greensboro Honda. I contacted the dealership multiple times and spoke with multiple individuals who all promised to look into it and get back to me. I was told the salesperson would be notified. Weeks passed, and no one followed up—at all. I paid a significant amount for this vehicle and was left with a $1,000 bill for new tires almost immediately after purchase. The lack of accountability and follow-through from this dealership is deeply disappointing. This is not how a reputable dealer should treat customers. I’ve now lost all trust in their sales and support team. If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle here, be extremely cautious and have the vehicle independently inspected before signing anything. Dealership had a Honda Accord for sale with an accident and high mileage above KBB Fair value. I scheduled a test drive to come see it and wasn't told until I was 5 minutes away out of a 30 minute drive th and high mileage above KBB Fair value. I scheduled a test drive to come see it and wasn't told until I was 5 minutes away out of a 30 minute drive that it wasn't on the lot due to being hit by another car on the lot. They told me it would be back Saturday so a rescheduled. They then told me someone else reserved it but got back to me 4 days later saying she changed her mind and asked if I was interested. Knowing that the car had been in another accident (2 now) I asked if they'd be able to discount the pricing. They told me no deal and that it would be over 2000 more than the listing price OTD. I told them my budget previously and they completely ignored that when trying to find replacements. Pro Tip: Don't do business with dealers that won't haggle. More

Our sales rep Christina has a fantastic personality and goes all out to make you comfortable and get everything done, no wasted time. We were also impressed with JR, one of the sales manager. He is also very easy to work with and did everything that he said he would. If you can get these two I know you will be taken care of, although I am sure there are many others to take care of your needs!! More
I wanted to update this review after I talked with people today (and the GM) to find out if I have any recourse for having them run my credit under false pretenses (saying he could beat my CU rate) and backi today (and the GM) to find out if I have any recourse for having them run my credit under false pretenses (saying he could beat my CU rate) and backing out of a written deal. Turns out, I do not. Although what they did is not illegal, it is just morally and ethically wrong (which is why dealerships are sometimes called stealerships). I am attaching screen shots of the more important parts of the email chain showing that we had a deal. I tried to get them to take a deposit and get me a signed deal and they would not (shown in emails). Which is surprising in itself as every dealership I have ever dealt with gets that deposit upfront. But if you do, you cant back out of the deal. But I believe that what happened is they had someone come in to wanted to buy it at the $32,603 advertised price and they have agreed to sell it to me at $32,000 (attached sales order). So he changed his agreement to me and needed me to say that I did not want it anymore. And I did, so they sold it that night (coincidence)? He only cared about selling the VW Tiguan and not about who was buying it. I believe it was about the numbers. When he only had me as a buyer, Cameron was willing and did say whatever he needed to make the deal. Even after I contacted the GM AJ Wood, he believes they also did nothing wrong. This does not surprise me. If the GM would have asked me what he could do to make it right, I would have told him to sell me a new Honda Passport at dealer cost. This would not have cost them anything, but would have shown that his manager was wrong in what he did and he genuinely cared about his dealerships reputation. I found out that they were bought out by the Hudson Auto Group recently. I have had dealings with some of their dealerships in the past and they were first rate. I think I will contact the president of the Hudson Auto Group next and see if they think this is a normal practice at their dealerships. So the bottom line is this. If you deal with them, make sure you get it in writing and signed by someone. In writing is not good enough here. Their word is not worth the paper (or email) it is printed on. I don't care if what it is, if they promised you something, make sure it is in writing and signed by a manager. Don't believe a word Cameron says. Was working with them on a used car. Made them an offer they refused at first. Then they said they would accept the offer. I told them that I had to figure out how I was going to get the vehicle home. Cameron said he would help me get the vehicle back home (Lie #1). I was going to pay cash or finance with my credit union at 4.5%. But the bank to bank transfer from accounts would take a couple days and he want to get it done today. He tells me that he can get great rates and can probably get close to that. So I went ahead a gave them credit info and they got everything approved and ready to go. But at 7% (Lie #2). Not a huge deal, as I can just pay it off in a month. Now he tells me he can't deliver it this week. I would have never gave them my credit if I knew they could not hold up their end of the deal. This is the kind of dealership that gives all of them a bad rap. How this person is a sales manager is beyond me. I first started working with Chuck as the sales manager but he had the day off. I bet Chuck would have got it done! Now I have 3 hard credit pulls on my previously perfect 800+ FICO report. I made him a last chance offer to salvage this deal. I told him to send a person to pick me up or the deal was dead (he could even use the car I was buying). More
October 25, 2022 I ordered a CRV from Crown Honda in Greensboro at the time. After being told by my sales professional that the car would be delivered month after month. I was told by the sales manager Greensboro at the time. After being told by my sales professional that the car would be delivered month after month. I was told by the sales manager that there was a delay on Hondas behalf due to a train delay as of recently. The car was finally delivered June 7th. To my surprise the MSRP went up over $2000 dollars. I spoke with the rather rude general manager that identified himself as AJ and he told me he would not honor the MSRP and that I could go ahead and expect my deposit back. This would have been my second purchase from this location. I have bought cars from other manufactures who honored the original price even if the MSRP went up at the time the contract was signed. This would have been my fourth Honda but after waiting over 7 months and now the surprise with the change in cost and the dealership/Honda not honoring the original cost, Honda will not be on the top of my list of new cars to purchase in the future.
