Worst Salesmen Ever Having recently purchased a used Cadillac from Greens I found it the worst sales purchase in my life. I have purchased a new park avenue from Green and a new volkswagon also from Green's with no problems but this was a nightmare. Salesmen would not return calls after the purchase. Constantly talked over us as we weren't even there while we were looking the car over. The car was so nice it sold itself, They didn't need a salesman especially like the jokers we drew, Hope you enjoyed your commission because that's my last purchase from Greens of Springfield! The body shop did a good job on a repair and the service people were nice we just drew a dud with the sales staff! More
Good experience Recall parts and oil change were the reason for service. Since it was going to take a good part of the day, they offered a shuttle ride. 35 k mile maintenance - oil change and tire rotation I was in the service area on time, wait was 1 hour plus and I was out in time for later appointments.
