Great Experience! Mark Buckmaster came through again. My daughters car broke down so I gave her my 2007 Camry which I purchased from Green and was very happy with. Mechanics as bright as my supposed burnt out light bulb I brought my 02 Beetle in to replace the brake light switch that was on recall. After switch was supposedly replaced they wanted to charge me 20 bucks I brought my 02 Beetle in to replace the brake light switch that was on recall. After switch was supposedly replaced they wanted to charge me 20 bucks to replace a brake light bulb they said was out. I picked up vehicle, brake lights still working intermittently and hey, the brake light they said was out was in fact WORKING and original problem still NOT fixed, After calling service dept and customer service Mgr. Laurie I decided I didn't have enough time to argue with idiots. Laurie was adamant that they have the best certified VW mechanics around. I find that hard to believe if they don't even have sense enough to test a light bulb. But I am adamant that they are certified dumb xxxxx. More
