Salesman woes I went looking for another salesperson but that salesperson didnt work at this particular dealership so this salesperson assured me that was fine he c I went looking for another salesperson but that salesperson didnt work at this particular dealership so this salesperson assured me that was fine he could sell me whatever vehicle I was looking for. I'm new to the Green dealerships and asked if he could help me with all cars with the Green name. Afrer I didn't qualify for the vehicle I wanted I asked about other cars within the Green name and he informed then that only the vehicles that where on his company shirt is what he can sell. I asked at the beginning of the encounter I went on to deal with him even after the mislead, only to be harassed,and lied to about an warranty for the vehicle I ended up getting. He explained it was an Warranty but when I came back to sign papers I asked what did the warranty cover he knew not the answer referred me to someone else to answer. so when I asked the someone else and it was no warranty but rather a matainece. I clearly stated I had to have warranty to buy this car.He was rude after I called him out on it poor customer service from the salesman Dealership itself was fine The Boss was kind and wanted to hear about my experience and did some compensation overall I will never use that sales person again. More
