Piece of advice, Service your car where you bought it. I bought my car here for a 20,000 mile service and made mention of a brake noise. They did the service which took hours as well as for some odd reason cost this time when it was usually free through an extra service warranty on it. Then they came and asked to take a look at why my engine light was one which I didn’t mind but tood them I would only wait another hour since i had already waited so long. My appointment was at 9AM but they hadn’t even mentioned my engine light until almost 2pm, which I left my car at the dealership and had to continuously call to check on. They started the service and within about 30 minutes they came back and told me I would need gas and they could go get it and I reimburse. After all was said and done my engine light didn’t get fixed and I was told there was a notch in my brakes, a few weeks later my rear brakes started making noises and I found out they had worn prematurely and had been wearing faster in the rear than fronts which as an engineer is just inexplicable that it wasn’t even mentioned when I clearly mentioned an issue but their inspection obviously wasn’t to standard to catch an issue that you could see on the surface. Since I had most of my work done at Green they were able to look back and see what was needed and to schedule it. Bob did a great job of keeping me informed at every step of the way: The results of the diagnostics; what needed to be fixed; how long it would take; and what it would cost. He did a great job of explain of the way: The results of the diagnostics; what needed to be fixed; how long it would take; and what it would cost. He did a great job of explaining the problem. He was a great listener and asked if I had any questions. The root cause of my problem was rodent damage, so we discussed how I might deter rodents in the future. The car runs like a champ! I am glad I had this opportunity to let others know about my very positive experience. More
