Our transmission went out on a Tuesday and was able to make a diagnoses appointment for Wednesday, although they didn't start looking at it until Thursday. Finally at the end of the day, they informed us if we had them replace the transmission, it would be two days to order and two days to install. Brian called back later Thursday evening confirming the transmission was ordered. 11 days later they finally start replacing the transmission. There was some communication, but at other times I had to call and ask. Every time I had to ask if they even started working on the vehicle yet, they wouldn't volunteer that information. They had our vehicle for a full two weeks. We understand some delay because other maintenance may take longer than expected, but we chose the dealership option because they stated 4 days, not more than a week and a half. It did only take them two days to replace the transmission after they finally starting working on it, but we believe that is an excessive delay overall. They missed their own deadline twice, and they shouldn’t have told us 4 days if it wasn’t possible. If we were given all the information, we could have chosen a different location. More

The service Manager, Julie has been very unhelpful, dishonest and flat out REFUSED to help us file a claim with our Green For Life Warranty. The whole experience has been a nightmare starting with her dishonest and flat out REFUSED to help us file a claim with our Green For Life Warranty. The whole experience has been a nightmare starting with her trying to say that the repairs were not covered and offering us a 25% discount instead (they are according to the warranty paperwork) and I will be encouraging all of my friends and family to avoid using their store for repairs. She has been very rude and her customer service skills are nearly non existent. We have had to contact an attorney to get involved. Beware!!! More
