Drove 70 miles to see a car that was on the lot. Called when I was on my way to confirm it was still there and it was. Arrived at the dealership and someone else was buying it. Disappointed but understood that the car was not being held for me so they had every right to sell it. They were able to locate the same car within a few days but would not deliver it to me so I drove back to pick up the car. Told them exactly what time I would be there. When I arrived they hadn’t started any of the paperwork so I waited 2.5 hours for them to get the financing processed. Everyone was friendly and I ended up with a car that I love but very frustrated by the process. More

I dealt with justin and Colin and the finance manager on my Mazda 6 was an amazing deal honestly.
