Bad feeling Never been to this dealership before. I recently purchased a 2016 MKX (at another Lincoln Dealership) which is still under warranty. I pulleds into th Never been to this dealership before. I recently purchased a 2016 MKX (at another Lincoln Dealership) which is still under warranty. I pulleds into the service bay. The first service writer would not make eye contact so I stood there untill the second service writer made eye contact. I walked up to him and asked him if he would listen to the car. It had loud static coming out of the dash center speaker. He looked at me like I was alien. You could tell he was in no mood to want to help me. He told me there was a problem but his job was to make appointments and drive the cars to the back. No offer was made how he could help me - nothing. My first thought was that some idiot hired this guy to run off business. My question is how can he write up a service ticket without identifying the problem. I backed the caqr out of the door and stopped in the parking lot and made a call to the Lincoln dealership 45 mile away. Today is August 11th 2020 i have a appointment in Decatur Ill Friday August 13th. I am 65 years old and own my own business. What I leared over the years is the the your first impression is usually the best impression. My first inpression was spot on. This is not a place I want to do business with. Beware More

Working with Scott Pillsbury to find and purchase our Lincoln Navigator was a pleasant experience. He provided us with answers to all our questions, and got us a good deal.
