Subaru convert This is the first Subaru I have owned. The Forester has great looks, is spacious and comfortable. I have only 65 miles on the odometer, so I can't speak to the gas mileage as yet, but with everything else it has going for it, I don't anticipate it to be a problem. More

Service I really liked everything about the service from the extremely nice lady I talked to on the phone to the young man who signed me in. Very happy Subaru customer ! I initially found the listing of the Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid "touring" model thru Cargurus.com. I was shopping for the base hybrid only. I live i I initially found the listing of the Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid "touring" model thru Cargurus.com. I was shopping for the base hybrid only. I live in St Charles MO. I had been browsing the STL area dealers, KC & Columbia MO also. I had the best deal on a base model for 25,600 in KC. The best touring version quote I got AFTER agreeing to buy the Crosstrek (from Green) was 28500. The model I found online listed as a blow out price ( I was told) was 26995. For 1400 more I was able to get the touring version, leather, moon roof, NAV, etc. Mike was my sales person thru the process, he always responded to my text or calls promptly. We took care of 80% of the deal by phone, Sandy the sales manager had me out the door in 20 minutes on the day I drove over to pick up my 2014 Subaru. Terrific deal, great staff, an easy process. HIGHLY recommended. Thanks ! More

A dead battery never comes at an opportune time....as was the case for me yesterday. But....after a quick call to Chuck Rowland at Green Subaru....the plan was in motion to replace my battery...right at Subaru's closing time. Chuck quickly put me in touch with a towing service to jump start my car with the hope I would arrive in time to get the battery replaced before closing time. Long story short....I arrived about 5 minutes before Tom Hamilton -- the technician was scheduled to get off work. both Tom and Chuck greeted me at the door....they were waiting for me. And...Tom graciously stayed past his quitting time to get the job done. Four words best describe my Subaru experience with Tom and Chuck: professional, courteous, efficient, and outstanding! We have used Green Subaru service department since purchasing our 2011 Subaru. We have always had outstanding service!!! My sincere thanks to Tom and Chuck for coming to my rescue!!!
