He was courteous, respectful, answered all questions, never pressured or pulled the old " I need to talk to my manager" routine, in short, an absolute gentleman from the first test drive through the pickup of my car, which, by the way, arrived well ahead of the scheduled delivery date. I have to also compliment Sandy in the business area, she made us aware of the extended warranty and additional pre-purchases, safeguards, etc., but did not pressure me to purchase.
