Unfortunately the part I needed was severely back ordered but this was NOT relayed to me, until I reached out multiple times to figure out what the update was on my car. Had to make several trips for the same problem under warranty that should’ve taken one trip. Communication is not the best sometimes, which doesn’t make a lot of sense to me since there is email and tex warranty that should’ve taken one trip. Safety recalls are not being taken care of as they say they can’t get the parts. That’s probably somewhat true, but it’s very frustrating. A new truck should not have brakes squeal and squall first thing in the morning. And they say they can’t duplicate it. More frustration. More
