From Purchase to Service, there is no reason to go here! I purchased my 2011 Ford Fiesta from Green Ford in 2011. The sales person was obviously more concerned about making the sale than to make sure the client was making an educated purchase. They have no integrity on the sales floor. After purchasing my car the service department was no better. They tried to tell my that the passenger window sliding out of its track was normal. The service tech was extremely rude to me and made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. I returned few times after due to my warranty and most times the experience was the same. DO NOT GO HERE! GO TO CRESCENT FORD IN HIGH POINT! More

Terrible experience I took my vehicle there to get warranty work done on a flat tire. The service there is terrible. 6.5 hours to get a tire replaced. Warranty was denied at first. They were going to send me home on my spare, told me I had to do the appeal myself. I never left the dealership, and called warranty company. I had to take pictures of the tire(which I later found out that the dealer was responsible for this). I only got results after calling Ford customer line and complaining. They still acted like they did nothing wrong. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND these guys to work on ANYTHING of mine again. I will drive two hours to get my vehicles worked on before wasting my time there. Took Freestar in for transmission recall work. Also had oil pan regasketed and new battery put in. Got car back and saw oil pan gasket leaking, also - several hangers not put back in place from transmissi oil pan regasketed and new battery put in. Got car back and saw oil pan gasket leaking, also - several hangers not put back in place from transmission work - couple hoses and lines hanging free under frame of car - hangers and screws were missing. Had to take vehicle back to get all fixed. Very frustrating. The battery install went well, though. More

I don't even know where to begin, they wont tell you the price of the car that you are looking at. When I baught my car they made me wait 3 days before I could pick it up and when i finally got it, it was s price of the car that you are looking at. Between my mom and myself we spent 27k that day and they didn't care!!!! The best part is the wheel just fell off of the car because they didn't do an inspection on the car!! I will never recomend them or ever go there again!!! More

ADAM SIMS, Sales Rep. obtained the exact car I first saw at out of town dealership, as well as, showed much patience with me as during the sale, my wife was carried to the emergency room at which time, Adam at out of town dealership, as well as, showed much patience with me as during the sale, my wife was carried to the emergency room at which time, Adam reset me up the next day to finish our process to enable me to be with my wife. Dustin Bell, Tech. Coord., explained thoroughly, the workings of electronics, as well as, made himself available for the future. Anthony Reece, F&I Manager, was a tremendous help in the financing process, answering my every need. I would definitely recommend GREEN FORD to anyone as it was to me. Thanks for all you do. More
