They do not keep you updated on your car. I have to call to find out the status of my car each time I have taken my car in for service.. No loaner car is ever available. I dropped my car off on 12/28/22 and did not get it back until 1/2/23. The people that answer the phone do not want to help you. They make you feel like you are bothering them. If I could take my car to another Ford dealership for service I would. Because of the service I have received at this dealership I am planning on selling my dream car. I plan to buy another make and model car that is not a Ford. More

They are difficult to work with. I was out on hold for more than 10 minutes then transferred to VM. I never received a return phone call. The day before my appt, Terri called to confirm and I asked if both my recalls would be performed and she said yes. Needless to say that was not the case, only 1, the safety recall was performed, and no explanation as to why the other wasn’t. And still to this day, they do not have my first name correct in their system though I have reminded them numerous times and asked them to fix it. I’ve given up on them. More
