Went to the dealership for an oil change on my recently purchased Mustang. Was told it would be 3 weeks till I could get it in… But that I could go down the street and get it done down there. It worked out purchased Mustang. Was told it would be 3 weeks till I could get it in… But that I could go down the street and get it done down there. It worked out not really a problem. But I also told the service guy I had a noise in my steering system and wanted them to look at it. For some reason he couldn’t make an appointment for me. I had to wait and have someone call me. That person did call me a couple of days later. During the phone call they said the power went out. They would have to call me back and they never did.. More
