Does not stand up to commercial about best price for trade in BEWARE: DO NOT expect biggest trade-in allowances from Green as their commercials state. They knowingly based a value of a basic 2022 KIA S trade in BEWARE: DO NOT expect biggest trade-in allowances from Green as their commercials state. They knowingly based a value of a basic 2022 KIA Sportage LX with nearly 7000 miles for my 2022 Sportage Turbo SX with 4800 miles, leather seats, sun/moonroof, the whole package, I also had interior & exterior package done when I bought it. They out right lied by making false representation. They failed to use pertinent facts on pricing my vehicle by using a LX model and its trade in value to screw me. LX had trade value of $24-26,000.00 and my SX trade was valued $30,455 - 33,897.00 I did not expect to get $33,000 for mine but also not near what I was offered. His starting offer was a lousy 26,000 but we came to an agreement (I am too embarrassed to say what the agreement was but I will let you know it was not even 28,000). When I got home, I did more research and found out he based it on a completely different model. I called to tell him I know what he did and want more for my trade. His response to me was "we made a deal". At that time I know I should have walked away. I just want to warn others to please do your homework, make sure that trade in models are the same or comprable and if they try to pull this don't do like I did and PLEASE walk away. More

Bad Sales Tactics, Worse people skills Their Black Friday ad was misleading, and they refused to honor their stated special. They were technically not false advertising, so if they chose not to honor the ad fine, lots of dealers do that. The sales manger Chris Green came over to speak to us and told us we were confused about what the ad said, and he claimed it said something other than it did. I told him the only way to get a deal was to honor their ad, and give me fair value for my trade in. They proceeded to offer 10% under KBB, 15% under Edmonds, and 25% under NADA values for my trade. Once the deal was falling thru, and Chris Green was brought over, Chris was very condescending to us, and was clearly very unhappy that I had done my homework before coming into the dealership. We will not be going back to any Green dealership. I would give them zero stars if I could. Our Sales person William Jones was good an I believe he was caught completely off guard by the bait and switch, condescending sales tactics used by management and Chris Green. More
