I have enjoyed being a Greater Suburban customer,i have been sick and dealing with some personal problems,which have caused me to be a few days late on a couple of payments. This is the second car financed though Greater Suburban Acceptance. Theresa is great. She has helped me tremendously. I have been unemployed for a year now and sometimes it has been difficult to make my pa Acceptance. Theresa is great. She has helped me tremendously. Person handling the acct is very rude and unwilling to work with you. She talks over you when you are talking and handles the situation very unprofessional. Went to this dealer after looking around for so long. I got a great deal along with great service from them. Sometimes my payments are a few days late because of mail service and they NEVER hassle me. They got a great deal along with great service from them.
