Ripped Off!! Nissan Great Neck snuck in a disposition fee during the contract process (DocuPad). Then claim they have no control over it. That's it's a charge by Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation. They act as if, oh well NMAC did it and we can't intercede on your behalf. Classic punt; blame someone else. Do not go to this dealership. They will upsell you after you agree on a price. Then, when they over the contract with you on a computer system called DocuPad, the system sneaks in fees. Then when you question them on the fee they blame it on NMAC and act as if they have no relationship with NMAC, can't do anything about it, and won't intercede on your behalf re NMAC. As if Owners or General Managers can't call NMAC and say, hey I need this disposition fee to disappear because I have a dissatisfied customer. I know it can happen. They know it can happen. You know it can happen. They won't do it!! Leads me to believe this disposition fee scam is modis operandi, built in to their business plan, and partly how they make profits. Listen we all know sales people are sleaze bags. They'd sell their Mothers for a profit. These guys are first rate. They get all up in your face too like they're your best buddy and are real big on "customer service." All they are doing is smiling while they stick it in you. Use another dealership that does not use DocuPad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

An Exceptional Dealer I have been leasing a car for 20 years and this is the best experience I have had with a car dealer. My sales person Veda Field asked me what I needed I have been leasing a car for 20 years and this is the best experience I have had with a car dealer. My sales person Veda Field asked me what I needed in a car and at what price I would be comfortable. She explained the options in the car and asked me to test drive the car. Veda then went back to her sales mgr Sal Amendola and got me a great price and we closed the deal. I will definitely recommend Great Neck Nissan to anyone that will be purchasing a car. PS When I visited Great Neck Nissan they were having their parking lot repaved. When I left the dealer my old car was washed from getting dirty in the lot, that's service. Thank You Neal Cohen More
