todays experience alex rodriguez our sales rep was very good and knowledgeable at explaining all the facts concerning the car we purchased. There was one important fact that was omitted by the either the manager or financial team explaining that as first time leasers there is a $500.00 bank charge to lease this vehicle and only found out after everything was signed and the car was ready to go. This was very upsetting, had I know this ahead of time I may have second thought about leasing this vehicle More

Luckily, a friend told me about Great Neck Nissan. I was treated with respect from the moment I walked in the door. I dealt with Dennis Kinslow, who sat us right down and got to work. I'd done my research, and I knew exactly how much I wanted to pay for my car based on Internet estimates. Dennis matched that price immediately. Not only that, but he located the exact car I wanted (and which the other dealers somehow could not find) and I drove away in it within 48 hours. Because of his quick work, I qualified for a $750 dealer incentive which I would have lost if I'd stuck with those other dealers. He also made sure I got a very fair price for my trade in, which resulted in my getting my new car for even less than I had hoped. The whole experience was basically stress-free, which I really appreciated. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, and the showroom was immaculate and comfortable. Mind changing experience. Ok let me begin by saying this. This was not my first purchase from this dealership but when I came in on a Saturday after driving 800 plus miles (ret Ok let me begin by saying this. This was not my first purchase from this dealership but when I came in on a Saturday after driving 800 plus miles (returning from a mini vacation down south) in the first vehicle I had purchased there three years ago, I thought it was going to be my last. I was wrong. Phil greated me as I pulled in to the service department to have my windshield wiper fixed (it had stopped working on my way home from down south in the rain). My warranty had ended and my car did have a few dings in it but I was ready to live with it. Then, Phil sat me down in his office (as others had tried to do before) and gave me a great trade in deal and I even got money back. I was very nervous knowing my credit wasn't the best. I'm a single parent struggling to make ends meet but Phil understood my situation and after coming in with a "get me out asap attitude" I spent my whole Saturday there but my son and I left in a brand new Nissan. Phil even gave me insight on how this purchase could help me better my credit. Trust when I say I will be back for Nissan # 3. I can't end without thanking David for showing me all the cool stuff my new Nissan came with as well as Sal who located the color vehicle I wanted (loving it) and the rest of the staff that help me transfer from Nissan #1 to Nissan #2.
