Pre owned Juke search over I've been searching for a pre owned Juke for a few months now. A few other dealers totally misled me as to the vehicles they had available. Dave at Great Neck Nissan was honest with me from the 1st phone call I had with him. He had a certified pre owned Juke available, and I ended up purchasing the vehicle. Dave was unavailable the day I came in, so I dealt with Ramon. He was extremely helpful. I never felt pressured, and everything went very smooth. I would definitely recommend Great Neck Nissan and their staff to anyone looking for a Nissan. My only complaint would be the cost of the bumper to bumper extended warranty. Was definitely too high. Gregg in finance did negotiate a better price, but i know it was still higher than what it should've cost. All in all, an excellent dealer to use. More

After reading countless lukewarm reviews of other dealers in the region, I came across the undeniably superior ratings for this dealership, and decided to pay them a visit. Dennis was my initial contact, and was extremely responsive with email communication, and very thorough in explaining every aspect of the transaction. I also had the pleasure of meeting Jordan (the sales manager), and Gregg (the finance manager) who were consummate professionals throughout the process and never attempted to sell me any unwanted features or add-ons. These guys set a new standard for car salesmen, and I recommend them highly and without reservation. Thieves - Stay Away!!! I went to this dealership looking to lease a car in the lower $20k range which I had done some research on. I met with a salesman who was very nice a I went to this dealership looking to lease a car in the lower $20k range which I had done some research on. I met with a salesman who was very nice and discussed the car with me at length. He knew I wanted 0 down and the range where I wanted to keep my payments. He went to the managers to get my "offer" and came back with an offer so drastically far from what we spoke about that I just told him, if this is where you're starting, there's no reason to waste either of our time anymore. Of course he asked me to stay and give him my ideal offer, but when I say I want 0 down, that doesn't mean somewhere between 0 and a few thousand dollars, when I say I want my payment in a certain range, it doesn't mean between that number and up to another couple of hundred dollars more, but that's exactly how they interpreted my requests. After some more discussions, the manager came over and the way he carried himself and spoke to me made me feel as if I was beneath him; I immediately knew I was not buying from him. It may have been because I am a female, they thought I didn't know what I was doing, but they couldn't meet my offer and eventually tried talking me into a lower model car which I said I would consider at another time and left. The very next day, I got the same car from another dealer for a better offer than that these guys refused to give me. The main reason I'm writing this review and calling them thieves is because after I bought my car, I realized the initial "offer" they gave me was actually more than $5000 over MSRP and when the manager finally quoted me a price for the car after I repeatedly asked for it, it was actually $1,200 higher than that of the dealer from whom I purchaser my car, and when I mentioned it to my salesman he said they were flat out charging you a thousand dollars over MSRP. I think it's outrageous that they actually came to me with an offer which would have sold me a car in the lower $20k range at a price which was in the high $20k range. If that isn't blatant thievery I don't know what is. Please be warned, if you go to this dealership, do research or shop around first, otherwise be prepared to be taken advantage of in the worst possible way. More
