She is knowledgeable about what she sells and was very pleasant throughout the process. The dealership was also a pleasure. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to make us comfortable and make the process easy. Sal stopped by to offer us coffee and bagels when we arrived and Matthew, the finance guy we met with was a pleasure--no pressure, very knowledgeable. We were given a tour of the service area and offered lunch while our car was prepped for delivery THAT SAME DAY. Lauren made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. We were never rushed or ignored at any point in the process even though they were in the middle of a big Fourth of July sales event. She totally respected my wishes of how I wanted to be treated and could not have been more professional, courteous and knowledgeable. In two visits, I was able to gather my information, do a test drive, have my trade in evaluated and determined the financial terms. In the background, she worked one on one with my auto insurance contact and I had to do almost nothing!! This is unheard of in the 21st century. I would highly recommend contacting Lauren at Great Neck Nissan if you are in the market for a car. This process could not have gone better and Lauren made it flawless. In addition, Jordan the General Manager is a gentleman and he too respected my wishes. And for the finale, I really am enjoying my Rogue!! Truly a unique experience. More
