An Excellent 5 Star Car Buying Experience I had recently had some issues with another Nissan dealership in the Tri-State area. It was the worst car buying experience of my life. I realized I I had recently had some issues with another Nissan dealership in the Tri-State area. It was the worst car buying experience of my life. I realized I had to move on to a new dealership and reopen my search for a certified used Nissan Rogue. I found a few that met the criteria I was looking for at Great Neck Nissan. I called over to the dealership and spoke with Ramon Marmol. I explained to him what I was looking for, the things I wanted in the car, and what I was looking to pay. I wanted to make sure that we could get something done since I was driving down there from a decent distance. He assured me based on what I told him we could so I made the trip down that Tuesday evening. When I got there I explained to him in greater detail the experience I was coming off with a dealership in New Jersey. He gave me an idea why they were not honoring the deal we had in place and helped me to find a car that fit what I was looking for. We worked out the details that night and had a Friday pickup scheduled. When I came down on Friday Ramon and I finished up the deal and then Gregg and sat and took care of financing. Through the entire process both Ramon and Gregg were great. They were honest and upfront and followed through on everything they promised. The entire process and experience couldn't have gone better. I would highly recommend them and Great Neck Nissan to anyone looking to purchase a new or used Nissan. Everyone there was friendly, polite, and inviting. If I was sitting alone for more than a moment someone was stopping by asking me if I needed anything. I just can't say enough about Great Neck Nissan. More
