Different from the rest and rightly so. Meryem was very helpful to me prior to me visiting the dealership. Once at the dealership, my lease deal was worked on with Jamal and Jordan. There was the expected pressure from the sales team, but I still felt more comfortable working them than the dealership I had just visited prior to coming to Great Neck Nissan. Actually, the level of the reception and my overall experience at Great Neck Nissan is nearly unprecedented in all my years car shopping. I was very content throughout the whole process and surprised at their dedication to the selling of their product. Came in for oil change left with upgrade I came into the dealership to service my 2012 car and ending up leaving with a 2017. Although the service department is very good the wait times are long on the weekends but the service is worth the wait. Awesome experience I leased my first car here 2 and a half years ago and came back today to talk about options for when my lease ends.
