I came in for an oil change, I was told 7am was my appointment time, I was seen at 7. I've been taking my 2012 Tundra to this dealership for years. There is not another dealership in the state of MS (or the country, since I'm being honest) that I would recommend purchasing or having servi years. They didn't even bother to try to clean the car before we got there, stating they didn't have enough time. Even though we gave them 4 days notice we were coming. They didn't clean it because they didn't want to waste the time cleaning it when someone was going to buy it. Also, I found the certified used car manager to be very rude. I do not mind haggling, but I don't appreciate being talked down to and she was very disrespectful. The car was missing multiple things including the headrests on the backseat. She only agreed to order them because I pointed out it was a safety issue, And I had to drive back up there to receive them even though I live almost 2 hours away. They also couldn't be bothered to give me gas for driving up there. I don't know how new car sales go there, but as far as used cars they obviously don't put any effort into making them presentable on the market. More
