I was told that my warranty didn't cover labor and they tried to charge me for that. BUYER BEWARE. I still stand beside the sales team being great (obviously they have to be). I hope the owner reads this and changes how things are done I had a very easy no pressure experience while buying a Toyota tundra. I was able to setup everything online and go in to sign the papers. I will definitely be doing business with Gray Daniels again. More

The biggest run around I have ever dealt with from a car dealer. Find a used unit of interest, put in an app, offer a deposit, be told by the sales rep the vehicle is being held. 3 days to get an approval dealer. I was quite pleased with my service. Yesterday, around 12 noon my engine light came on. I called the dealership, and Vicky said to come on over and they would fit me in somehow. A couple of hours later she informed me what the problem was and that really needed to be done before traveling out of town. I left the vehicle with them and told them I’d like to get it back before noon the next day. This morning, they called around 9 am informing me the work had been completed and that I could pick the vehicle up. I traveled from Brandon, MS to Dallas, TX with no problems.
