Thank you for the response. Your management team is already fully aware of our situation, and we have been in direct communication with multiple members of your staff. We have email correspondence with Fred, as well as text communication with Ron. We have also included Nancy in our most recent outreach. A signed mutual rescission agreement from us has been in all of their inboxes since Tuesday, December 2nd at 7:06 PM EST. We have clearly and repeatedly stated that we will comply with your requests as soon as the agreement is signed and returned to us. It is necessary that this agreement be formally signed—rather than relying on an informal email acknowledgment—because any valid rescission requires specific terms and deadlines to be enforceable and to ensure both parties’ responsibilities are clearly documented. At this time, we are simply awaiting your team’s signed copy of the rescission agreement so we can proceed with the reversal of the sale, which your management has already guaranteed would take place.
