Service department is shady and incompetent, don't take your car here. Took my vehicle in to diagnose an electrical issue and they took my old battery and swapped it with a factory Dodge battery. They neve your car here. Took my vehicle in to diagnose an electrical issue and they took my old battery and swapped it with a factory Dodge battery. They never gave me back my original battery which was still under warranty and the Dodge battery is dead and out of warranty. So I had to buy a new battery, they never fix my electrical issue, it's only worse and they still wanted $550. Stay away from this place. More
