I went to so many different dealerships in the grapevine area, all of them were kind of rude and dismissive. Dodge/Chrysler in grapevine were there for me as soon as I walked in. Cheyne, the salesman that helped me was one of the kindest people I've had the pleasure of meeting, he made the process so much fun and very easy. I went in on Monday and test drove a charger but said I wanted to look around more, he made a great sales pitch but was very understanding that I had traveled a long way(from Arkansas) and wanted to look at more than one car. After looking at other cars and going to different dealerships, it was very obvious that I had to go back to Cheyne and buy that charger. The next morning I pulled up and he was already waiting outside, the paper work was start immediately and I was out of there in a flash. Amazing team. Amazing Dealership. Amazing Car. 11/10 More

22 days for brakes replacement. Oil leaks discovered… Never had leaks in my garage. No fingerprints under the hood - no signs of someone working on the engine. Service representative said that the stuff is working with gloves and I’ll not be able to see signs - I guess those gloves are finger proof- dust was covering everything… $3346.59 for brakes and rotors replacement and “timing cover gasket” and all that was done in 23 days… $2300 for rental….
