I cannot even give Grapevine Dodge service department 1 star, but have to in order to submit. They repaired a bent lifter, and my truck came back with with a broken radiator and windshield wiper fluid tubi star, but have to in order to submit. They repaired a bent lifter, and my truck came back with with a broken radiator and windshield wiper fluid tubing messed up so they will not spray. I have tried for over a year to get them to repair their damage. NO LUCK! They even had my truck for 4 months waiting on a new transmission. Finally got it back with a dead battery and a check engine light coming on for the thermostat they just replaced when they replaced the water pump. I had my truck back less than a month and I continued to tell the service representative that I was having issues getting my truck into gear and that the transmission and shifter need to be tweaked and lined up better. He agreed but did NOTHING!!! My gear shifter broke off, NOT due to the transmission, NO Santiago Ramirez was rude and told me that the shifter lever and the transmission HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH EACH OTHER. He is the service manager, REALLY?! He is very condescending to females and treated me like I have no idea what I am talking about. I have tried to contact the Brandon Buehlman, General Manager, no luck there either. I have filed a complaint with my warranty company and will be contacting them again as I am still without the damage Grapevine Dodge caused being repaired!!! Kathy T More

Very helpful and communicated throughout the experience. My only issue was the length of time it took for parts to come in, however, this was not the dealers fault.
