This is the 2nd vehicle purchased. When I walked in to get documents for my totaled 2021 Ram I was greeted by a gentleman regarding the reason for my visit. Dennis handled the documents I needed to file GAP. Cameron. What a blessing. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding. Took the time to ensure I had full knowledge of the vehicle. I had some concerns about the differences in the unit I had but he and Randy reassured me they would work with me. It's wasn't until later I found out Randy was the General Sales Manager. The entire experience was a blessing. I left in a vehicle I felt safe in. Randy your thoughtfulness, kindness, reassurance, and humbleness means the world me. Cameron your kindness, knowledge, and willingness to hang in there and make this buying purchase a delight. Randy you have a wonderful staff. More
Here is the email I sent them with no response: My husband and I have been customers of your service department for years We previously had great service until this last experience which was so over husband and I have been customers of your service department for years We previously had great service until this last experience which was so over the top bad that I not only wanted to inform you of what happened, but I have an expectation of the cost we incurred as a result of the neglect by your service department. My husband, , had a service appointment on March 6th, at 11am to bring in our Jeep for a diagnostic and repair of an engine issue we were having. We had the vehicle towed to the dealership. When my husband made the appointment he specified he wanted a diagnostic done along with an estimate to fix whatever they found wrong. The hubs stated that he wasn't in a hurry, as he would be out of town for the week. The car arrived at service on Monday the 6th. We didn't hear anything the first week but no big deal because we were out of town anyway. The second week, a sales rep called from the dealership and asked my husband if we were interested in trading the Jeep in for a new car. My husband explained that we were waiting on the service department to give us an estimate for repair first before we made any decisions. Now the second week comes and goes with no word from the service department. So, on Friday, March 17th my husband calls the service department and talks to a guy and asks if they have any news on our Jeep repairs. He looks up our records in the system and says they don't have anything listed. My hubs asked if they have done anything as far as diagnosing what's wrong. Not only did they not start anything, the guy says they don't have our Jeep. WTH? The guy says he will go out on the lot and look for it. 2 hours go by and I call the dealership and speak with a girl who tells me she hasn't heard anything but will get with the manager but they couldn't find our Jeep. By this time it was late afternoon and we never received a call back. Saturday morning, March 18th, we get in the car and drive to the dealership. We circle around the back of service and there sets our Jeep just 3 spaces in so obviously no one even went out and looked on Friday. My husband goes in and asks to speak to the service manager who evidently didn't give a crap about customer service. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and couldn't believe they couldn't find the car. They asked the service manager to come to the desk. Evidently, the manager didn't realize that the customer, my husband was actually there because he was yelling at the ladies at the desk and acted a complete fool. You could tell the ladies were used to his verbal abuse and outbursts because they just sat there looking at him with his red face looking all crazy. My husband who is one of the most chill people, explained that we had driven the lot and found the Jeep and asked if they would be able to do the diagnostic. The manager acted like he was all stressed out and was doing my husband a favor by trying to get to it in the upcoming week. I seriously couldn't believe this guy. We left and again my husband had to fly out of town on business for 3 weeks but was expecting a call within the first week. Because my husband was trying to be patient because obviously the service manager was overwhelmed in his position waited until Friday, March 31st to call and find out the status. Guess what...they hadn't even pulled it in to look at it. On April 3rd, my husband arranged for a tow truck to come pick up the Jeep and have it towed to Lane's Automotive in Euless which cost us $125, which I expect you to reimburse because we already paid for a tow to get it to your dealership. Wanna know what the problem was? It was a simple spark plug issue that cost less than $500 to fix and was done the same day. Oh but wait, let me give you the icing on the cake.
