Went in the dealership originally for another car and the price was not in my liking at all, even though I said no they wanted to show what they still had to offer in MY price limits, I ended up liking somet price was not in my liking at all, even though I said no they wanted to show what they still had to offer in MY price limits, I ended up liking something else. For a person with no auto loan history they definitely had a lot of options far as finances for me to choose from, and if your and educator like me I would definitely recommend this dealership to any of my fellow teachers any day! I was called the day prior to my birthday and advised I was eligible for special promotions due to my birthday and the lack of sales and if I came immediately, there would be promotions offered to me that I wouldn't want to miss. I asked that he ask his finance officer for a quote for lease vs purchase based on a 680 credit score before running my numbers, so that I could decide if this was something I wanted to pursue. He comes back with ONLY a purchase option and tells me if I don't have $3,000 down, I could leave, he's sorry. Wasted 2 hours of my day on a lie. Don't waste your time on this dealership! The manager then comes out and says that their dealership has lost a lot of their partnerships with lease programs; so why was that not mentioned PREVIOUSLY? Then I was offered the opportunity to lease another truck while continuing to lease my existing truck, or selling my truck on my own and coming back to them to sell me a new truck... chile PLEASE! I'm square with the house! ***PLEASE BEWARE!!*** IF THEY CALL YOU AND THANK YOU FOR BEING A REPEAT CUSTOMER, DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT FALL FOR THAT!! THEY JUST WANT YOUR USED VEHICLE BECAUSE NO ONE IS PRESSED FOR NEW CARS!!! More

They were not transparent when they had a “problem” with the bank and we had to come back up there to sign more documents. They continued to run hard inquires on my credit a WEEK after I took home the vehic the bank and we had to come back up there to sign more documents. They continued to run hard inquires on my credit a WEEK after I took home the vehicle and now I am unable to reach the finance person we worked with. Be careful with giving them your information. Editing to add: 7/8 spoke to Jay in the finance department who advised us there was a problem with our first contract and it was no longer cash able due to car dealership over extending there loans with our original bank ( meaning they would not give the dealership the loan, nothing to do with my credit). They adjusted a new contract and ran our credit AGAIN without our knowledge or consent and had us resign another contract with a higher total loan amount. Jay personally lied to us when we asked if they had to rerun our credit and if the prices of the additional packages (gap and premium package which we were told we were getting at a discounted rate due to coming on the last day of the month 6/30 our original purchase date) were the same. When we spoke to him after reading the new contract he said “well we have a contract that’s signed and it’s only $730 more”. While $730 is not a huge amount in the grand scheme of things, I would be very careful when it comes to doing business with this dealership they took advantage of me being young and naive and this is a lesson I have to learn. Please take your business elsewhere if you are looking for a honest and transparent experience when buying a car. We worked with Adrian and Jay in the financial department and do not recommend anyone doing business with these people. Also editing to add that Jay said he did not mind that I shared my experience and he upheld his belief that he did not do any wrong because “we signed the documents” More
