Grants Pass Toyota responded

This customer came back to us almost 3 weeks after purchase with a list of deficiencies, some of which were incorrect. I offered the customer a 100% refund of their purchase price, or to make approximately $800 worth of repairs FOR FREE! They chose to keep the vehicle, and have us make the repairs. Wheeler Toyota has perhaps the best reputation in the valley for taking care of the customer before during and after the sale, you dont get this reputation by disrespecting customers, right?
