Bought a certified used car with problems...found after purchase, of course. Chip Edwards may possibly be Mr. Fantastic when selling you a car, but he is arrogant, condescending, and rude when you are try purchase, of course. I contacted Chip Edwards on the internet and made an appointment for 9/29/08 at 1 PM. Kent greeted us and started the transaction. Chip had been with another client and came in as soon as he was finish appointment for 9/29/08 at 1 PM. Kent greeted us and started the transaction. Chip had been with another client and came in as soon as he was finished. Both were courtesy, very knowledgeable and the transactiion went by smoothly and with ease. They had the car available at the price quoted and allowed me a choise of auto colors without reservations. It was the easy auto purchase I have ever made. I would recommend them to my friends. I live in Grants Pass and I am glad to be able to purchase from a local company. This is my 3rd Toyota Camry. More

Chip was the friendliest, most trustworthy, no-nonsense car salesman I have ever met. He gave me a quote on line and stuck to it even though the market had changed in his favor. Due to the availability of the Prius I did check with other dealers and they confirmed that his quote was very reasonable and very competitive. We liked Chip's style of business so much that we ended up buying two cars from him last June; a Hybrid '09 Camry and an '08 Prius. Anyone who wants a Toyota in Southern Oregon will not find a better agent or dealership than Chip Edwards at Wheeler Toyota. Having done business with other car dealers in this area we can't recommend Chip highly enough. More

I asked for information via the www and received a response in the appropriate amount of time. I discussed my wants and needs via email communication, then by telephone and finally in person. I secured a great deal and then test drove for the final confirmation. I am very happy with the dealerships representative Chip Edwards. I was a little disappointed with the "documentation" charges but the fee and the "above invoice" price I secured was within my buying range. So the purchase was finalized. Thanks for the experience.
