What Others Say

I had the absolute best experience at Grants Pass Toyota thanks to Shannon and Rob. They went above and beyond to help me find a vehicle that fit my budget while also giving me options I hadn’t even considered..like picturing myself in a truck! Once I test drove it, I was sold. They truly listened to what I needed, and somehow made my monthly payment land exactly where I needed it to be. I’ve never felt so at peace at a car dealership before. Shannon and Rob took their time, broke everything down clearly, and really worked with me to make it happen. They were so personable, kind, and helpful in every way, and made this the most stress-free car buying experience I’ve ever had. It honestly felt like family. I will never go anywhere else for a vehicle. I have already recommended and will continue to recommend, Shannon and Rob at Grants Pass Toyota forever and ever. A huge thank you to the rest of the staff as well. I know there were others behind the scenes who helped tremendously during this process and made me feel validated, respected, and confident in my decision. THANK YOU, Grants Pass Toyota, for having the best customer service and the warmest smiles. That kind of experience is absolutely worth driving 45 minutes for. Love you all!

Carly was a fantastic sales person. She made the purchase of my Toyota Truck easy and fun.. Ask for Carley you cant go wrong.

The buying experience the day we purchases was great. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our experience after the sale was horrible. We ordered parts to be installed, which didn't come in within a week, so we picked up the vehicle to bring back for the install. No one would help us when we arrived. When we finally got someone to help, he threw the keys to us from 6 feet away and walked away. We had to ask for someone to bring the vehicle around, had to ask for the temporary permit and had to ask someone to deliver the vehicle, as we had questions. The parts we ordered and paid to be installed have yet to come in, 9 months later and when we call we get the run around. We're out the money we paid for the parts and install costs, as we gave up trying to resolve the matter. So, the day of the sale went great, but once they got our money for the vehicle, they no longer cared about us as a customer. As the owner of a motorcycle dealership, I I would be mortified if our staff treated our customers this poorly after the sale, including keeping the money for parts and install that never happened. 5 stars the day of the sale, minus stars for the experience after the sale.

Earlier I wrote a review on the poor service I got. Ted, the General Sales Manager gave me a call and wanted to hear my side of the story as he had already talked to Dillion. I explained what happened and he said he would take care of me and make it right. Wow! I felt he went out of his way to fix the problem. He had the lights reinstalled properly, got me a very nice rental Hylander to use while the repairs were being made and he filled my gas tank up. This is what customer service SHOULD look like. Thank you Ted and Grants Pass Toyota

Mathew M. in finance and warranty explained things well without pressure. They helped us find our best value in all aspects. No haggling, it is like going to the old "Fleet Sales". We would say 100%, go to Grants Pass Toyota, find Cameron B.

I’m not sure about everyone else, but I was told the price was non-negotiable. For a used car—really? So does that mean everyone buys their vehicle at the listed price? I’ve also heard that a survey conducted some time ago showed that about 60% of buyers prefer not to go back and forth over pricing. I guess it is my bad because I am the rest of the 40%. I’ve been to several dealerships in Medford, and they would at least take a few hundred, if not a thousand, off the price. I even showed the salesman that the vehicle was priced slightly above market value. However, he didn’t seem interested in making a deal and appeared eager to send me on my way. I rarely write reviews, and I have great respect for hardworking salespeople—but this time? Thumbs down.
