I am not wanting anything. There is nothing to resolve what should have happened was an immediate apology to my daughter for endangering her life grants Pass Toyota should’ve found out who did the work, then put a letter in that persons file stating that if anything like that ever happened again they would be fired. None of that happened so what’s the point now I simply want the public to know that if they have their car serviced there, they need to double check everything if that tire had come off on the freeway my daughter would not be with me anymore I left my phone number when I complained and I was told that it would be passed on to the boss and that they would be getting a hold of me. Of course, that did not happen. It shook my daughters nerves up so bad that she has gone to Les Schwab twice since this incident, because her car made a noise to just have the tires checked and of course they were fine. I know that mistakes can happen. It’s the lack of accountability that is so shocking.
