My wife and I recently purchased a Highlander Hybrid from Grants Pass Toyota. We first met Rhianna Lawrence in April and over the next month she helped us find the model we were looking for. I waited almost 2 hours to get a tiny screw taken out of my tire when I had an appointment at the GP Toyota Service center. They quoted me less than a hour wait time.
